Go to settings on the device, Click on About phone/ or About Device/ And look for ( ANDROID) should have something like this 4.1.1 or a different set of numbers, If you double click the number a new screen will show you either a jelly bean. a lolly pop, or a ginger bread man, or a kit-kat! that is how you can find out what version android is running on your devices!

You can either click to download, or if you are still having issues then you will need to download KIES, for your device. you can find KIES on this website! If KIES doesn't help you out then you'll probably have to take it to a android shop.
My signal isn't right how can i fix this?
When you bought the device, you should of check what area that the company covers, such as at&t or sprint, or Verizon just to name a few. However you can go into the google play app store and download a signal booster. I would read the details to make sure it is compatible with your device!
